We are currently experiencing login issues that are redirecting users to http://blogs.uoregon.edu/test/2012/09/12/test-password/ instead of the Dashboard for your site.
We are diligently working to get this issue resolved. In the meantime, the work around is as follows:

We have added more UO custom themes that include the official UO banner and footer. These themes are to be used for course sites and/ or UO-sponsored activities and groups.
To quickly find any UO custom theme, simply do a search for ‘UO’. All custom themes have been titled ‘UO <Theme Name>’.
